About the Course
The course gives an overview of the correct procedures to carry safe moving and lifting of objects besides it gives an overview of possible injuries if things are not done correctly.
Course contents:
Compile a job safety analysis for the task at hand
Use tools to help in the lifting of heavy objects
Risk assessment
PPE
Proper lifting technique
Dealing l with emergencies
